This is [Name] from the [Company]. I spoke to you about six months ago. How are you?

I just thought I would give you a quick call because we are coming into the peak selling season of spring.

Over the past two weeks, we’ve sold 8 properties and we are seeing more buyers coming into the marketplace.

I’m working with a couple of buyers that missed out on some of the other properties that we’ve shown.. Especially John and Betty. They’ve asked me to find them a home before the end of the year.

So I’m just walking around, talkng to some of your neighbors as they’re quite interested to know their value as the property market has changed so much.
